Fried Pork Chops

There’s nothing like a good, old-fashioned pork chop recipe to get your taste buds tingling. And this particular recipe is one of our favorites! It’s easy to follow and results in some mouth-watering pork chops that are crispy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside.

INGREDIENTS:

4 Thick cut pork chops bone in

1 tsp. Garlic powder

1 tbsp. Paula Deen Cooking spice

Salt and pepper to taste

Breading:

1 cup Italian Bread Crumbs

1 3 ⁄4 cup Flour

1 tsp. Garlic salt

1 tbsp. Paula Deen Seasoning

2 eggs

1 ⁄2 cup Olive Oil

DIRECTIONS:

On a baking pan season your pork chops with the PD seasoning and garlic powder on all sides.
In three separate bowls add your whisk eggs in one, flour in the second one, and Italian bread crumbs in the third.
Add the garlic salt to the flour and whisk to combine.
Add the PD seasoning to the bread crumbs and whisk to combine.
Dredge the pork in the flour mixture, then coat in the eggs, and now lastly coat the pork chop in the bread crumbs.
Set the pork chop on a baking tray to the side.
Repeat these steps with all of your pork chops.
In a large saute pan add your olive oil and heat over medium to high heat.
Cook the pork chops for 4-5 minutes on each side.
Repeat this step two times to allow for even cooking.
Cook until golden brown.
