Fluffy Apple Pie
INGREDIENTS:
– 3 eggs
– 130 g of sugar
– 2 g of salt
– 130ml sunflower oil
– 150ml of milk
– 1 orange or lemon zest
– 300 g of flour
– 10g baking powder
– 2 apples
DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix the eggs with the sugar, then add the salt, oil and milk.
2. Add orange zest, flour and baking powder.
3. Form a homogeneous paste and pour it into the mold.
4. Add the cut and sliced apples and cook at 180 degrees for 35/40 minutes.
