Easy Swedish Apple Pie
INGREDIENTS:
1 ½ lb Granny Smith Apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
2 cups White Sugar
1 cup All-Purpose Flour
1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
¾ cup melted butter
1 large Egg
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F
In a large mixing bowl, add the apples and 1 tablespoon of Brown Sugar. Toss until well coated and arrange them evenly onto a pie plate.
Grab another medium mixing bowl and add in flour, egg, butter, cinnamon, and 1 cup of White Sugar. Whisk until all ingredients are combined.
Spread your mixture over your apples. Making sure all pieces of the apples are covered
Place pie plate into the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the top of it turns golden brown
Remove from the oven and allow the pie to cool to room temperature
Serve warm and ENJOY!
