Easy Pot Roast
INGREDIENTS:
2 ½ – 3 lb. Chuck roast
1 Packet dry Italian dressing mix
1 Packet dry Ranch dressing mix
1 Packet dry brown gravy mix
½ C. Water
DIRECTIONS:
In a bowl, combine the Italian dressing, ranch dressing, and brown gravy seasoning with the water, and whisk to combine well.
You can choose to brown both sides of the chuck roast prior to placing it into the slow cooker, this helps it have a seared look when finished. This step is optional, however.
Place the roast into the slow cooker, cover in the sauce mixture, and cook on low for 8 hours.
