Easy and Quick Cheeseburger Lasagna
Easy & quick Cheeseburger Lasagna recipe that your entire family will love.

INGREDIENTS:

2 lb. Ground beef
3 C. Pasta or tomato sauce divided
12 Lasagna noodles cooked to al dente
2 C. Shredded provolone cheese
2 C. Shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Add ½ cup of the sauce to the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish.
Layer 4 of the lasagna noodles on the sauce.
Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium high heat until completely browned. Drain any excess fat and season with salt and pepper.
Mix 2 cups of the sauce in with the meat.
Spread half of the meat mixture on the lasagna noodles in the casserole dish.
Sprinkle with ⅓ of the cheeses.
Add another layer of lasagna noodles, followed by the other ½ of the meat and ⅓ of the cheese.
Place one more row of lasagna noodles on top and cover with the remaining sauce and cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes.
