INGREDIENTS:
1- 1 ½ lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, thawed
Caesar dressing, I like the Ken’s Steakhouse Creamy Caesar dressing
Bacon, 5-6 slices
Salt
Pepper
⅓ cup parmesan cheese
For the pasta:
Egg noodles
1 ½ tbsp butter
¼ cup parmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS:
1. In a FoodSaver or Ziploc bag, add your thawed chicken breasts.
2. Pour in the caesar dressing and let sit to marinate. I usually have mine prepared ahead of time and let sit at least overnight in the refrigerator, but just a few hours will be work too!
3. Spray your crock pot with non-stick spray or line with a slow cooker liner.
4. Pour the chicken and caesar dressing that it was marinating in.
5. Slice your bacon into bite sized pieces and add over the chicken.
6. Top with ⅓ cup parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
7. Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours.
8. Remove chicken and serve as desired!
To make into a pasta:
1. Boil egg noodles as directed.
2. Once drained, add a spat of butter and parmesan. Stir to coat. Top with caesar bacon chicken.
