Creamy Homemade Chicken

INGREDIENTS:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon dried rosemary

Fresh parsley, for garnish

DIRECTIONS:

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 6-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant.

Stir in the chicken broth, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, thyme, and rosemary. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened slightly.

Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon the sauce over the top. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the chicken is heated through.

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
