Creamy Cucumber Salad

INGREDIENTS:

2 cucumbers, thinly sliced
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
Salt and pepper to taste
