Cream Cheese Veggie Rollups
These Cream Cheese Veggie Roll-ups are versatile and could have many different variations. The Herbs and veggies can be changed, the tortillas could be changed to different flavors. When put on a serving plate, this will make them gorgeous and very colorful if you use plain tortillas, spinach tortillas and tomato tortillas.
INGREDIENTS:
4 Tortillas 8” in size
8 oz. Cream cheese softened
⅓ C. Celery chopped
¼ C. Green onions chopped
¼ C. Red bell pepper chopped
¼ C. Green bell pepper chopped
2 Tbsp. Ranch seasoning
DIRECTIONS:
Mix together all of the cream cheese, ranch seasoning and all of the vegetables in a mixing bowl and stir to combine.
Place a layer of the mixture down the center of each of the tortillas, and roll them tightly closed.
Chill the tortillas for several hours and then slice to serve.
