CREAM CHEESE CORN CASSEROLE

4 Tbsp. Butter

18 oz. Bag frozen corn thawed

8 oz. Cream cheese softened

½ tsp. Salt

 C. Milk

1 C. Shredded cheddar cheese

¼ tsp. Cayenne pepper optional

DIRECTIONS:

Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
Place the butter and cream cheese into a pot over medium heat on the stove. Stir until melted.
Whisk in the milk until smooth and creamy.
