Crab & Cream Cheese Snacks

INGREDIENTS:

18 oz. tube crescent roll dough
3 oz. cream cheesesoftened
1/4 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup cooked crabmeatchopped
2 green onionschopped
1/8– 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
salt and pepperto taste

DIRECTIONS:

Heat oven to 375°F/190°C.
Coat pan with cooking spray. Spread the dough on the tray, and with the help of a rolling pin, flatten the corners well to create a perfect rectangle. Cut 6 rows by 4 rows to get 24 squares.
Mix the cream cheese, mayonnaise, and crabmeat in a bowl. Add the onion and the red pepper.
Drop a tablespoon of the crab mixture onto each of the dough squares on the pan.
Take the excess corner, and fold the dough over the filling until it is sealed with the other end. Press properly to seal.
Move to a separate baking sheet, and if you want you can top them with egg white. Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Serve warm and enjoy!
