Crab Cake Egg Rolls
This recipe for Crab Cake Egg Rolls is the perfect way to indulge in a delicious seafood snack. The egg rolls are packed with a flavorful crab cake filling that is sure to tantalize your taste buds. The crab cakes are mixed with a spicy mayonnaise and cream cheese, giving the egg rolls a creamy and savory flavor.

INGREDIENTS:

½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 lb. Crabmeat
½ Tbsp. Lemon juice
½ C. Crushed Ritz crackers
6 Egg roll wrappers
 C. Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. Parsley chopped
1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
1 Large egg
Cooking spray

DIRECTIONS:

Heat the air fryer to 350 degrees.
In a bowl, blend together the worcestershire sauce, crab meat, lemon juice, Ritz cracker crumbs, mayonnaise, parsley, Old Bay seasoning and egg until well combined.
Chill for 15-20 minutes in the fridge.
Lay the egg rolls on a flat surface in a diamond shape, and wet them along the edges with water.
Add a layer of crack cake filling down the center of each egg roll.
Fold the tip of the wrapper closest to you, up and over the filling. Fold in the right and left edges of the egg roll wrappers to the center over the filling.
Roll the egg roll tightly the rest of the way closed around the filling, and use a bit of water to seal the egg rolls at the seam.
Spray the egg rolls with cooking spray, and cook in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes. Turn the egg rolls halfway through the cook time.
