Classic Barbecued Ribs

INGREDIENTS:

2 racks of pork ribs

1 cup ketchup

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup vinegar

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon mustard

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat your grill to medium heat.

Season the ribs with salt and pepper.

In a bowl, mix together the ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, chili powder, and garlic powder to make the barbecue sauce.

Place the ribs on the grill and cook for 30 minutes, turning occasionally.

Brush the ribs with the barbecue sauce and continue cooking for another 30 minutes, or until the meat is tender.

Serve the ribs hot, with extra barbecue sauce on the side.
