Christmas Jello Balls

INGREDIENTS:

1 package (3 oz) of red Jello (any flavor you like)

1 package (3 oz) of green Jello (again, choose your favorite)

1 cup of boiling water

1 cup of mini marshmallows

1 cup of crushed pineapple (drained)

1/2 cup of chopped nuts (optional)

Powdered sugar, for rolling

DIRECTIONS:

In separate bowls, dissolve the red and green Jello in 1/2 cup of boiling water for each flavor. Stir until fully dissolved.

Add 1/2 cup of mini marshmallows to each bowl of Jello and stir until they start to melt.

Stir in 1/2 cup of crushed pineapple and 1/4 cup of chopped nuts (if using) into each bowl.

Allow both mixtures to cool to room temperature.

Once cooled, use a teaspoon to scoop out small portions of each Jello mixture and roll them into balls.

Roll each ball in powdered sugar to coat evenly.

Place the Jello balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Refrigerate for a few hours or until they are firm.
