Chicken Roll Ups

INGREDIENTS:

1 Can Crescent rolls
2 C. Shredded chicken
1 Can cream of chicken soup
½ C. Milk
½ C. Chicken broth
1 Tbsp. Flour
Salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
In a bowl, whisk together the soup, milk, broth, flour and salt and pepper to taste.
Add most of the soup mixture to the bottom of a greased 9×9 baking dish.
Roll the crescent rolls out on a flat surface.
At the thickest end of each crescent roll, put a bit of the shredded chicken. Carefully roll the dough downwards towards the smallest end to create a crescent wrapped chicken packet.
Place the chicken roll ups on top of the soup mixture in the baking dish, and sprinkle the remaining soup mixture over the top of the roll ups, careful not to use too much on the top so that they can bake properly.
Bake for 25 minutes, or until browned and cooked through.
