Chicken Egg Roll in a Bowl
INGREDIENTS:
1 lb. Ground Chicken
1 Bag Coleslaw Mix
½ cup Carrots Shredded
3 tbsp. Low Sodium Soy Sauce
1 tsp. Ginger Paste
1 ½ tsp. Sesame Oil
¼ cup Green Onions Chopped
DIRECTIONS:
Brown the ground chicken completely in a skillet over medium high heat.
Reduce the heat to medium, and stir in the soy sauce, ginger paste and sesame oil until well combined.
Add in the coleslaw mix and shredded carrots.
Cover, and saute until the vegetables have softened.
Serve with green onions for garnish.
