CHEESY ROTEL DOGS

INGREDIENTS:

8 hot dogs

8 hot dog buns

1 can (10 ounces) Rotel Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional, for garnish)

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat the Grill:

Preheat your grill to medium heat, around 350°F to 400°F (175°C to 200°C).

Grill the Hot Dogs:

Place the hot dogs on the preheated grill and cook for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are heated through and have grill marks.

Prepare the Cheesy Rotel Topping:

In a small saucepan, heat the Rotel tomatoes over medium heat until warmed through.

Assemble the Cheesy Rotel Dogs:

Place each grilled hot dog in a bun.

Spoon the warm Rotel tomatoes over each hot dog.

Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese generously over the top of each hot dog.

Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro, if desired.

Serve and Enjoy:

Serve the Cheesy Rotel Dogs immediately, while the cheese is still gooey and melted.
