Buttery Pecan Snowball Cookies
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup softened butter
half cup powdered sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 1\/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 1/4 c flour
1 c finely chop pecans
1 c powder sugar
DIRECTIONS:
-Prepare oven & preheat it to hundred seventy five degrees C or 350 degrees F.
-Adding powder sugar and butter to bowl of stand mixer. Beat till creamy.
-Add flour, pecans, vanilla and salt. Beat till nicely blended.
-Form little balls with mixture.
-Line baking sheet with paper.
