Brown Sugar Garlic Chicken
This brown sugar garlic chicken recipe is the perfect weeknight meal. It’s easy to make, and the brown sugar and garlic give the chicken a delicious flavor. The chicken thighs are cooked in brown sugar and garlic sauce, and then served with rice and vegetables. This dish is sure to become a family favorite.
INGREDIENTS:
2 Tbsp. Sriracha sauce
3 lbs Chicken thighs, Boneless, skinless
¼ C Soy sauce
½ C Dark brown sugar
¼ C Chicken broth
8 Cloves Garlic, minced
Black pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Heat the oven to 425 degrees.
Add the chicken broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, black pepper and sriracha sauce to a pan over medium heat on the stove until the sugar is dissolved.
Place ½ of the sauce mixture into a 9×13 baking dish, and add the chicken on top of it.
Brush the remaining sauce over the chicken in the dish.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, basting twice as the meat cooks.
