Bisquick Sausage Muffins
Tired of the same boring breakfast recipes? Then why not mix things up with some delicious Bisquick sausage muffins! Not only are they quick and easy to make, but these tasty little morsels are sure to satisfy any morning appetite.

INGREDIENTS:

1 C. Shredded cheddar cheese

1 lb. Ground breakfast sausage

1 C. Bisquick baking mix

4 Large eggs

DIRECTIONS:

Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
Add the sausage to a skillet over medium high heat, and cook until crumbled and fully browned. Drain the excess grease.
Whisk together the eggs, Bisquick mix and cheese in a large mixing bowl.
Stir the sausage into the mixture.
Fill 12 well greased sections of a muffin tin ¾ of the way full with the mixture.
Bake for 18-20 minutes.
