BEEF STEW

INGREDIENTS:

2 pounds of beef broth
All-Purpose Flour Cup
1 tablespoon of seasoning salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
Half a teaspoon of black pepper
1 large onion cut into cubes
2 bay leaves
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
2 cups of water
2 teaspoons Demiglace beef (or beef Swanson flavor column)4 medium to large sweet potatoes, washed and diced3 large carrots, peeled and sliced1 celery stalk, cut into cubes

DIRECTIONS:

In a resealable plastic bag, whisk together flour and seasoning salt until evenly coated.

Heat olive oil in a pan. Add the ground meat to the pan and brown on all sides.

Remove them with a spoon or tongs and place them in the bottom of the slow cooker.

Season with pepper.Fry the onions in the same pan for two minutes.

Don’t worry about cleaning from time to time, the taste is even better!

Pour the Worcestershire sauce, water and beef half glaze (or Swanson Flavor Post) into the pot, then whisk until combined, making sure to scrape any browned bits from the bottom of the pan …
