Beef Roulade with Cheese
Beef Roulade with Cheese is a hearty and tasty dish, made of beef stuffed with melted cheese and vegetables. It is rolled into a tightly closed package and is often baked for a warm, cozy meal.
INGREDIENTS:
500g ground beef
salt
pepper
40 g parmesan
1 egg
parsley
breadcrumbs
ham
cheese
DIRECTIONS:
Mix meat, salt and pepper. Add the egg, parmesan and spices.
Spread the ground beef and cover it with provola cheese and ham.
Roll up and refrigerate for two hours.
Slice the roulade and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
