Baked Teriyaki Salmon
Quick and easy 30 minute Baked Teriyaki Salmon meal.
INGREDIENTS:
4 Salmon fillets
1 Green onion chopped for garnish
1 Tbsp. Sesame seeds for garnish
For the sauce:
⅓ C. Soy sauce
¼ C. Orange juice
2 Tbsp. Water
2 Tbsp. Honey
2 tsp. Minced garlic
1 Tbsp. Grated ginger
1 tsp. Chili flakes
Juice from half of a lemon
½ Tbsp. Flour
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish or oven safe skillet.
In a bowl, combine the ingredients for the sauce.
Pour the sauce mixture over the salmon and bake for 12-15 minutes.
Spoon the sauce over the salmon and garnish with green onion and sesame seeds before serving.
