These Baked Bacon Stuffed Cheese Bombs are the perfect comfort food snack—warm, gooey, and filled with a delicious surprise of cheddar cheese and crispy bacon. Simple to make and delightful to eat, they are a fantastic choice for family nights, gatherings, or any time you want a tasty treat.
INGREDIENTS:
1 can 16.3 oz refrigerated biscuit dough
12 small cubes cheddar cheese
6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
2 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried parsley
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare the Biscuit Dough: Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit to about 1/4-inch thick rounds.
Stuff the Cheese Bombs: Place a cube of cheddar cheese and a small amount of crumbled bacon in the center of each round. Fold the dough over the filling, pinching the edges together to seal and form a ball.
Prepare for Baking: Arrange the sealed balls, seam-side down, on the prepared baking sheet. Brush each ball with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder and dried parsley.
Bake to Perfection: Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese bombs are golden brown and the cheese is starting to ooze out. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Serve and Enjoy: Enjoy these cheese bombs warm as an appetizer, snack, or side dish!
