Bacon, Lettuce and Tomato Macaroni Salad

INGREDIENTS:

2 C. Uncooked elbow macaroni
1 ⅓ C. Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. White vinegar
1 C. Diced celery
½ C. Chopped green onions
1 C. Bacon crumbles
1 Large tomato chopped
½ C. Shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:

Cook the elbow macaroni until done to your liking, and rinse under cold water until the noodles are cool. Drain completely.
Place the noodles into a large mixing bowl and add in the remaining ingredients. Stir to combine well.
Chill for two hours before serving.
