2 pounds ground beef
1 large onion, finely chopped
1 cup mushrooms, canned or fresh, sliced
2 cups soda cracker crumbs
2 cups milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can of water
Salt and pepper, to taste
DIRECTIONS:
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, cracker crumbs, milk, chopped onion, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Press the mixture into a square baking dish and refrigerate overnight to set.
The next day, preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
