3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, halved

2 eggs

1 cup panko bread crumbs

1 cup Italian-style bread crumbs or use additional panko if preferred

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

24 oz marinara sauce

Oil such as olive oil or vegetable oil for greasing

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with oil.
In a shallow dish, beat the eggs.
