INGREDIENTS:

4 large russet potatoes, peeled and grated

1 beaten egg

1/3 cup all-purpose flour

2 tablespoons butter, melted

Salt and pepper, to taste

Prepare Potatoes:

Peel and grate the russet potatoes. You can use a box grater or a food processor for this step.

Place the grated potatoes in a bowl and cover them with cold water. Let them soak for a few minutes.

Parboil Potatoes:
