Beef Chuck and Oxtail Stew

INGREDIENTS:

Spaghetti sauce recipe

1/2-2lbs Ground Beef

3 Tbsp of unsalted butter

1/2 cup diced onion

1/2 cup diced green bell pepper

1 Tbsp tomato paste

2 Tbsp Italian seasoning

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp basil

1 large can crushed tomatoes

1 can tomato sauce, 15oz

2 Tbsp beef bullion, powder

1 Tbsp garlic, minced

1-2 Tbsp sugar

1 cup beef stock

Pinch of salt

Dash of hot sauce

DIRECTIONS:

In a dutch oven or large pot brown your meat until done. Drain your meat and place the meat in a bowl an sat it aside.

In the same pot (don’t wash it) on low/med heat add your butter, onions and peppers. Sauté those for 2-3 minutes careful not to burn. Add your tomato paste and stir. Let it cook for 1 minute.
