Crab Dip

INGREDIENTS:

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup sour cream

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

8 ounces lump crab meat, drained and picked over for shells

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.

Gently fold in the lump crab meat until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.

Transfer the crab mixture to a baking dish or oven-safe skillet, spreading it into an even layer.
