6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 lemon (for zest and juice)

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.

Prepare the Chicken Thighs:
