BUTTER PECAN SNOWBALL

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup softened butter

half a cup of powdered sugar

1/4 teaspoon of salt

1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

1/4 cup of flour

1 c finely chopped pecans

1c powdered sugar

DIRECTIONS:

Prepare the oven and preheat it to one hundred and seventy-five degrees C or 350 degrees F.

Add powdered sugar and butter to the bowl of a stand mixer. Beat until creamy.

Add flour, pecans, vanilla and salt.

Beat until well blended.

Form small balls with the mixture.

Line a baking sheet with paper.

Arrange the balls on organized baking sheets.
