CLASSIC CANNED CHICKEN FRITTERS

25 oz. Canned Chicken Breast, Drained
One large Egg
¼ cup Breadcrumbs
1 tsp. Dijon Mustard
¼ tsp. Onion Powder
¼ tsp. Garlic Powder
⅛ tsp. Thyme, Ground
Salt And Pepper To Taste
Extra Breadcrumbs For Coating
Oil For Frying
DIRECTIONS:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl except the extra breadcrumbs and oil. Knead with your hands to combine well.
Form the mixture into six evenly sized patties. Coat the outside of the patties in the extra breadcrumbs.
