Strawberry Cake With Cream Cheese Frosting

INGREDIENTS:

Cake:

Duncan Hines Classic White Cake Mix, 15.25 oz
3 big white eggs
¼ cup of vegetable oil

1 gallon of milk
Strawberry gelatin mix, 6 oz
½ cup of mashed strawberries, optional

Ingredient for the cream cheese:

16 ounce of cream cheese
½ cup of sugar
1 tbsp vanilla extraction, optional
¼ of cornstarch

3 big eggs
½ cup of thick cream
Creamy whipped a cheese icing

1/2 cup of heavy cream
½ cup of unsalted butter
Two ¼ cup of confectioners suctions

DIRECTIONS:

This process is for baking the cake:

Step 1:

Mix all the cake ingredients well and whisk well to remove lumps.

Step 2:

Add the strawberry gelatin and mix with the cake mix well and also add the eggs, vegetable oil and the milk. Mix well until it is smooth with no lumps in it

Step 3:

Coat the cake pan with baking spray, and fill the cake pan with the cake butter, almost full about ¾.

Step 4:

Preheat the oven to 350°F, then bake the cake for 20 minutes, or until it’s slightly brown.

Step 5:

Remove the cakes from the oven and leave them to cool for 5 minutes before removing them from the pan.

Step 1:

Mix the cheesecake ingredients together, adding other ingredients one by one.

Step 2:

Add the sugar and the vanilla essence
