One Pot Jambalaya Pasta
This Creamy One Pot Jambalaya Pasta is an easy, delicious, and hearty meal perfect for busy weeknights. This one pot pasta dish combines the flavors of jambalaya with creamy pasta. The result is a rich, creamy and flavorful dish that your whole family will love.

INGREDIENTS:

lb. chicken breast Boneless, skinless, cut into pieces

12 oz. Smoked sausage sliced I used a package of 12 oz.

oz. Spaghetti noodles

Can Diced tomatoes undrained

Red bell pepper chopped

Green bell pepper chopped

½ C. Heavy whipping cream

Tbsp. Oil

tsp. Minced garlic

tsp. Creole seasoning

2 ½ C. Chicken broth

Tbsp. Cornstarch

½ Onion chopped

DIRECTIONS:

Add the oil to a large high sided skillet on the stove over medium high heat.
Season the chicken with the creole seasoning, and add to the heated skillet with the sausage. Saute until the chicken and sausage are cooked through. Remove and set aside.
To the same skillet, add the onion and bell peppers. Saute until the onion has softened.
Stir in the garlic, and saute another 30 seconds.
Pour the chicken broth and tomatoes into the skillet, and stir to combine.
Break the spaghetti noodles in half, and place into the liquid in the skillet.
Return the meat to the skillet, cover and simmer for 5 minutes …
