3 C. All-purpose flour
1 C. Granulated sugar

1 Tbsp. Baking powder
1 ½ C. Milk
For the topping:
1 C. Butter unsalted and melted
1 C. Brown sugar
2 Tbsp. Flour
3 tsp. Cinnamon
For the glaze:
1 C. Powdered sugar
2-3 Tbsp. Milk
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients for the cake and add it in a smooth layer to a well-greased 9×13 baking dish.
