INGREDIENTS:

1 Zucchini chopped
chicken breastsBoneless skinless, cut into pieces
1 c Broccoli florets
¾ c Onion chopped
1 c Tomatoes diced
1 ½ c Bell peppers Chopped
2 tsp Italian seasoning
2 tbsp Olive oil
½ tsp Paprika
Salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:

Heat the oven to 400 degrees, and grease a large baking sheet well.
Add the chicken and vegetables to the baking sheet.
Drizzle the olive oil over the ingredients.
Season the chicken and veggies with the Italian seasoning, paprika and salt and pepper to taste, tossing them to coat well.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
